		<description>I stopped calling it Thanksgiving and started calling Carb-Fest awhile back. It&#039;s both more honest and I don&#039;t have to pretend to buy into the malarkey about noble Indians and Pilgrims and being grateful because this year your aren&#039;t living in a tent city.

But I like any excuse to show off cooking skills to a crowd and start drinking at noon.</description>
